Establish an age limit of 75 years for federal judges.

Created by C.M. on March 14, 2013

Federal judges are not subject to elections. The People are not well served by aging jurists who become physically and mentally feeble as they serve into advanced old age, or until they die.

Therefore, we hereby petition the United States Government to establish an age limit of 75 years for all federal judges, including Supreme Court justices, so that no person shall serve as a federal judge past his or her seventy-fifth birthday.
