Establish an alternative school system including but not limited to the building and management of schools throughout the United States of America administered by the US Department of Education.
This will create a third tier of schools in the United States of America. This fixes the limitations of curriculum, financial resources and the federal separation from directly influencing schools across the country. The US Department of Education could then certify teachers, administrators, build schools and administer comprehensive assessments without the different core curriculum standards. This is ultimately a means to UNIFY the American educational system.
