Establish an A.M and a P.M session to all public schools across the U.S to help student with financial issues.

Establishing a morning and an afternoon session to all public schools would be a solution to students who are living in a household with financial issues. It would be beneficial in a way that students will be able to be flexible with their work schedule while focusing on their education. In conclusion it would decrease the number of dropouts.
