A petition, put before American Citizens that clearly establish American Citizenship:
1) Of live Birth.
2) Born or Naturalized in the US, territories, properties and possessions.
3)Metabolizing; not on Life support.
4) At least 18 years of Age or older.
5)born of at least one parent, as a an American Citizen.
All American Citizens have protection under the laws, no discrimination based on Sex, Gender, Race, Color, Creed, Age (at least 18 years +), National Origin, religious association, political affiliation and Sexual orientation. Equal it for all American Citizens. Priority one for employment. Criminal punishment for all Violators of this act and the practice of discrimination, prejudice and bigotry, no matter who they are, title or rank. American Citizenship First and Foremost.
