Establish and Pass the 28th Amendment to the Constitution of the United States of America.

Congress shall pass no law that does not pertain equally to the Congress, past, present and future, and the People.

Congress must uphold the Constitution of the United States of America over and above all personal prejudice.

Congress shall participate in all programs that are imposed upon the People. There shall no longer be separate programs for Congress.

All special funds and programs shall be immediately stopped, all funds returned to the appropriate sources.

Congressional raises and pay rates shall be approved by the People during elections, with cost of living increases to parallel Social Security cost of living increases.

There shall be no retirement from Public Service positions, Social Security and 401K accounts shall be sufficient.

Public service is service, not a free ride
