We hereby petition the U.S government to designate only in the U.S and the opportunity for U.S citizens only, one select date to grant the freedom to "purge" their griefs, discontentments without any legal ramification. This would grant the people a release from any anguish, or other emotional states that they may harbor, by providing satisfaction reguarding any disputes, revenge, or morbid curiosities, which they feel can only be settled by means that the system, or court of law cannot provide.
As such, on the select date, we request the suspension of all emergency services, and criminal laws, including murder, limit-to the actors to be over the age of 18, and not acted upon anyone under the age of 18, or against (non-human) animals
