We hereby petition the U.S. government to designate a day in which all, and only, U.S. citizens, are granted the freedom to "purge" their griefs, and discontentments, without any legal ramifications. This would grant the people a release from any anguish, or other emotional states that they may harbor, by providing satisfaction regarding any disputes, revenge, or morbid curiosities, which they feel can only be settled by means that the system, or a court of law cannot provide.
As such, on this day, we request the suspension of all emergency services, and criminal laws, including murder; limited-to the actors being over the age of 18 years, and not acted-upon anyone younger than 18 years, nor against (non-human) animals.
Defined: One cannot engage a child, adolescent, or pet as a target.
