To celebrate paying taxes and give the American taxpayer satisfaction for paying taxes, all elected officials at the state and federal level are to be punched in the face on sight by anyone paying more than $1 in combined state and federal taxes. All laws concerning assault are to be suspended for politicians for a period of 24 hrs on April 16. Law applies for any official on overseas travel. Any padding or protection for officials is to be illegal. Taxpayers may use boxing gloves approved by WBA, but any other handheld weapon is forbiden. Officials may not be in a private residence or unavailable to the public during normal government hours of operation. One punch per taxpayer. If height does not allow taxpayer to reach face, they may opt to punch in groin or stomach area.
