To establish a mirror of the British co-operative agreement with the Nepalese mercenary Ghurkas regiments to be drawn from Kurdish ethnic individuals to supplement United States armed forces in NATO actions globally and to incorporate a military training academy within the Kurdish Autonomous Zone of Iraq.
