Establish a budget and cut federal spending, as well as reinstate the 2% payroll tax cut for all Americans.

I would like to see the United States Federal Government operate like United States Manufacturing. When operating income or "cash flow" becomes tight, the belt should become tighter. It is a hard fact to face, but our Government must begin to lay off Federal Workers in all areas, as well as cut wasteful programs and spending. It is a hard pill to swallow, but Mr. President you and your Congress must come to agreement that everything can not be a priority and "you" must act and bring items to the table that must be cut in order to get our country back on track. Punishing every tax paying American by reinstating a payroll tax in a recession is not the way to do this. "YOU" must quit playing politics and make hard decisions. START CUTTING!
