establish a candidate of "None of the above" on all Federal and State Ballots.

With the current election system, often times it feels like we have to choose between the lesser of two evils. By adding "None of the Above" to Federal and State ballots, this gives civilians an option to reject the current candidates and to force another election using new candidates. We the people desire candidates that represent our views and not those of major donors. If we cannot get term limits, then allow us the opportunity to reject the candidates and to start over.
