Establish a Caucasian American Heritage month in July.

Caucasian Americans are people that consider themselves white. The U.S. Census Bureau defines white people as "Having origins in any of the original peoples of Europe, the Middle East, or North Africa. People who indicated their race as “White” or reported as Irish, German, Italian, Lebanese, Arab, Moroccan, Hispanic, or Caucasian. White Americans comprise cultures across our great nation. Caucasian Americans have been inventors, politicians, military, public service, civil service, actors, models, writers, artists, and musicians. July is the month that Caucasian Americans along with African Americans and Native Americans were responsible for declaring our independence from the Kingdom of Great Britain. Once free from British rule, this great country of the United States was created.
