We the people ask the federal government to Call on Congress to act on an issue:

Establish Civilian Conservation Corp for planting trees on U.S. , state, and city properties to fight CO2 Emissions

A organization called the Civilian Conservation Corp would employ youthful Americans (16-18 years old) over the summer months to plant trees on U.S., state, city, and private properties (at the request of the owners and appropriate officals) to plant trees for the purpose of fighting CO2 emissions. The program would be paid for by a 1 cent / gallon Federal sales tax. The organization of the Civilian Conservation Corp would be provided by the U.S. Millitary as it a done previously in the Civilian Conservation Corp of the late 1930's. The following benefits for this program would be the following.
1. The planting of trees would aid in the reduction of CO2 emissions.
2. Provide shade for keeping the cities cool.
3. Provide employment for young people during the summer months.
