Establish a Commission to Determine If Further Gun Control Laws Will EFFECTIVELY Reduce Gun Violence

Created by R.B. on October 02, 2015

Because present law prevents the Centers for Disease Control from studying the effects of gun violence, also preventing any proof of whether gun control laws work or not, we ask a Presidential Commission be appointed to do this. This commission will be tasked with researching gun violence, the types of guns and gun accessories available, ways to prevent dangerous and unstable persons from acquiring guns, the original intentions of our founding fathers when writing the 2nd Amendment, effectiveness of present gun laws, gun trade and industry influence on laws and society, if there is a need for additional gun laws, and if so, what kind.
