We The People would like to present this petition to the U.S. Government on behalf of the U.S. Citizens who may be in danger of racists acts or actions from local, state and/or national law enforcement agencies who have hired people who have the disease of "Negrophobia" and/or were associated with questionable racists organizations/groups currently or in the past. For this discrepancy in hiring practices, there should be allotted Insurance for all victims harmed by their actions. They were sworned to uphold the law without bias by their own admission when trained and hired. The Pre-Insurance must be paid for and offered by each police station and be government law. Psychiatric treatment as well as ostracizing the person at fault from any legal, military, security or other similar duties.
