Whereas Congress currently supports the Second Amendment and believes that no further gun laws are necessary:
1). Congress shall pass a bill that allows any citizen with a valid concealed or open carry permit shall be permitted to exercise their right in House of Representative and Senate offices and in both house's galleries in the Capital.
