Establish congressional pay as Hourly instead of Salaried. All congress members will begin with Min Wage

This petition will move Congress and their Staff to an hourly position similar to that which millions of American's currently work. All Congress and Staff will begin the 2015 fiscal year at the current minimum wage of their home State or District. Congress must obey all federal regulations regarding hourly workers including getting prior permission before working overtime and must take comp time in order to avoid the American citizens paying overtime for their work. Vacation time and Sick time will be handled the same as Federal permanent workforce.
