Establish conjugal visits In Arizona for immediate family members and spouses.

I believe that our inmates in Arizona should be able to have Conjugal visits. There are several families that have a spouse in prison. I believe by not having conjugal visits we are helping citizens sin and have affairs. I believe we are just adding to this. We should be trying to help these citizens. It also lowers the stress and aggressiveness in these inmates. I want to see if there is anything that we can do about trying at least trying this out. One it will make the state a substantial amount of money. Inmates will be less dangerous.
