It has become clear through the action and inaction of both the House of Representatives and the U.S. Senate; that the current members are involved in a system that does not permit adequate fulfillment of their duties, and is both self serving and financially motivated.
The citizens of the United States require an amendment to the U.S. Constitution or other empowering legislation to grant the power of the public requested removal of Senators and Congressmen from their positions in government at any point.
