Establish a constitutional amendment which would impose term limits in the Senate and House of Representatives

Whereas The political process has become increasingly polarized in a two party system, resulting in legislative deadlock, and parties beholden to fundraising rather than the interests of our country; and whereas our founding fathers cautioned before ratification of the Constitution that lack of term limits would result in dangers to the Republic by some well placed bribery here and there; and that those warnings have come to fruition in our deadlocked fundraising and pork oriented Congress, we need term limits to begin the changes necessary for legislative reform, and ultimately campaign finance reform.
