This purpose is to establish a public awareness of sovereignty and citizenship to the public at large. Only a small fraction of Americans really know the in depth definitions of each and of the distinct differences. If Americans were more aware of their legal standing, as far as sovereignty and citizenship, they would certainly be and feel more empowered with their politicians and government.
For instance, most Americans are not aware that they can be a state citizen and not have to be a Federal citizen, essentially being without/outside Federal jurisdiction. Or that an American born and naturalized in the United States of America can be an American National and not have to be a citizen of any jurisdiction. Knowledge is power!
