Establish the department of Cost Effectiveness and Corruption Control by executive order.

Created by J.C. on April 18, 2013

American's traditionally harbor doubts about taxes. The original argument against tax's legitimacy was the lack of representation. In our current environment it is the sense that their money is misused or subject to malfeasance, or that in some way private sector spending is inherently more accountable.
Establishing a government body whose sole purpose is to analyze the use of government dollars and make sure that our investments are producing positive returns in society, and simultaneously auditing for corruption or even the appearance of corruption will settle doubts and give federal tax policies a reprieve from constant attack.
