The right of the people to be secure in their digital communication, devices and data, against collection, dissemination by/to third parties or government, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the device to be searched, the data being seized, and the persons or property affected.
