The disabled American memorial will honor all disabled Veterans under a hiearchy of disabled Veterans. The first Veteran on the List would be Former President John F. Kennedy due to the fact that President Kennendy was the commander in chief of the United States military yet also served aboard the ship PT-109 and suffered a service connected disability while serving aboard pt-109 making President John F Kennedy not only President of the United States but also a disabled American veteran of the United States Navy. This memorial would give honor to all disabled able veterans living and deceased becasue President John F. Kennedy would bring respect tot the living veterans and honor to all veteran who are deceased becasue JFK was a Disabled American President due to was injuries of Pt109.
