Establish a "Do not list" list similar to "Do not call" list to opt-out of displaying personal information online

Created by D.H. on October 21, 2014

Many online businesses obtain free public information such as people's name and addresses, purchased price/date of their current property etc and put them on their website for profit. In doing so, they compromised people's privacy and put them in a very dangerous situation for people who unfortunately either are being stalked or domestically abused. We ask the government to establish a national "Do not list" list similar to the "Do not call" list, and/or enforce other laws to regulate businesses to protect the citizens.
