This petition would be to support the establishment of Duluth Minnesota as the capital of the United States of America. This is in response to the large number of states that want to secede from the union. This could cause instability among the states. This calls for a secure and centralized location to form the changing country. Duluth Minnesota would provide this great country with strategic defense, centralization, and secure boarders.
