I as a citizen am as I expect many of us are, frustrated with our voices not being heard or implemented. Regardless of the category or governmental department a citizen's idea is related to, they deserve some level of having been heard and responded to by someone of influence in that department. I personally have an idea for the Department of Education and I am having difficulty in it being heard. We have millions of talented citizens that want to be heard. I am suggesting the White House set up an online tool for hearing and collecting ideas from our citizens with good odds of meaningful feedback or potentially implementation and involvement.
