We the People of the United States of America, in order to continue for generations a more perfect Union, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, equality, liberty and justice for all, and to secure the Blessings of Liberty from foreign loans to ourselves and our posterity, we do ordain and establish that all people shall be equal under the Law and taxation, and therefore all taxes shall be set as equal percentage of total income of each individual person, to which end the National Tax of no more than 20 percent shall be established.
To this end WE THE PEOPLE are demanding upon the President of the United States of America to take a leadership of this initiative, without a delay, and until this initiative is implemented.
