It's well known, that during the World War || german soldiers were incredibly cruel due to the Nazi propaganda. Accordingly to the Russian propaganda americans and europeans do many bad things to the world, western ukrainians are all nazis and betrayers, and so on. This way the Russian government makes russian people hate americans, europeans and western ukrainians.
Consider establishing an international independent journalist organization for counteracting the Russian propaganda. The primary language for the organization's media should be Russian, as it should target russian people. The organization should publish only refutations for the distorded facts, without any additional interpretations.
This could stop the Crimea crisis, this can prevent the World War III.
