This petition is to request the White House to motivate Congress to develop a revenue stream that doesn’t increase overall annual tax burden on honest Americans paying income tax.
The goal is to develop a 5% sales tax for:
-People & Business who evade income tax
-Income that is undocumented
-Purchases that are gained from illegal profits
A drug dealer with $500,000 in illegal profits will now pay $25,000 in FAST taxes.
An undocumented worker with $50,000 in income will now pay $2,500 in FAST taxes.
The FAST tax would be a 100% tax credit for annual income tax filers:
$150,000 Household income
$25,000 (Income Tax Withheld)
-$ 5,000 Standard Deductions
-$ 3,000 Tax Credit from FAST taxes (100% credit)
=$17,000 Total Tax Liability
