Establish a federal crowdfunding, with incentives, to specifically send money directly to extreme poor people globally.

Created by K.S. on November 28, 2015

Many crowdfunding services function well and give money directly to a cause or service. However, much of our U.S. taxes help finance government programs that provide incentives for the corporate world. What if we reverse it?
Establish a federal crowdfunding to specifically send money directly to extreme poor people globally. And in return, the U.S. provides gift incentives to the individuals that participate. No lobbyists orcorporate subsidies. Depending on their level of giving, they get gifts, rebates, discounts, free education, free operations. You name it. And the individual can even transfer the gift to another person in need. This can provide an incentive for those that like to get something for giving, and a status symbol for the affluent.
