The federal government needs to establish a federal law that grants the civil rights and every protection within the civil rights to babies growing inside their mother's womb that are 6 months and older, and define them a living beings.
If the US Constitution protects the civil rights to all people equally no matter which state a person lives in, these same protections should be granted to these babies, especially when the mother plans to go full term to birth.
Anyone that willfully violates both the mother and child while committing a crime that end the life of that child must be charged with a civil rights violation and homicide.
