Establish a Federal NO-DATA-MINING list, similar to the Federal "NO CALL" list, where No American can be monitored.

Created by T.B. on November 20, 2012

Privacy is the God-given right of every American. Many are horiffied that strangers were allowed access to sensitive and personal data by one or more political parties, which is unnacceptable.

Americans who want to be monitored by political parties, non-profits, or business can willingly "Opt In" to data mining and monitoring if they wish. The consent authorization must be intentional, conspicuous and not "evergreen" as well as non-transferrable to any other organization or party. The consent to have data mining files established must be given at least once per calendar year within 360 days of the prior consent. If at any time the consent is not given for the next monitoring period, the data mining file must be purged immediately, and not utilized in any way from that moment forward.
