Establish a Flat Income Tax Percentage instead of the current Progressive Tax

We should establish a flat tax percentage. This means that everyone would have to pay the same percentage of their income regardless of how much they make. This reduces the need for deductions and increases equality between tax payers. The problem with the current system is people worry about that their tax brackets which keeps them for trying to succeed in their field because they may get bumped up to a higher tax bracket. With the new system, the rich pay more then the poor because they make more but they end up paying the same percentage of their income to avoid trying to force income equality on everyone.
