Establish a Fourth Branch of Government providing for a Citizen's veto of legislation passed by the other 3 branches.

We the people feel that we are not being represented by our Congress, Senate, President, and Judicial branches of the Government.Partially because of Citizens United, we feel that a Veto of legislation passed by the 3 branches of government should be accorded to the people with voting rights to enact this veto. Suggest these voting rights be enacted yearly. All states would be required to enact these elections yearly without delay on the same day and month of every year. Any legislation passed by 3 branches should be placed to be voted on by the people before enactment except for emergency legislation that the public can veto after enactment ,but get the veto power at the next scheduled election. Complete transparent review of all legislation to be accorded to the public.
