Expand government health care to permit free abortion on demand. In a world that is vastly overpopulated, any child should be a wanted child. Abortion is free on demand in at least some countries. Human overpopulation means the death of some entire species as we encroach increasingly on wildlife habitat. So we are in a situation where something will die, either wildlife or human zygotes.
