With the growing number of hate and terrorist groups that promote not only hatred and discrimination, but incite and promote harm and even death to others, the government needs to establish a public list recognizing and condemning such groups. This list should:
1. Allow for the public to submit or add potential groups or organizations to the list.
2. Allow government departments, such as IRS to make sure the organizations are not hiding behind false church claims to avoid paying taxes; meaning we pay for their hateful and terroristic activities.
3. Provide a list of members within the groups for assistance of police and other law enforcement agencies to solve crimes.
