We the people want to establish and start the government policy foundations for future economics.
To establish government policies of core characteristics for all who apply to government bail outs, grants, tax exemptions or any assisting programs nationally or internationally.
That all persons or countries who request government assistance must have their own core characteristic policies in place and it must include one required core characteristic that all it's leaders, officers, people practice that the acquisition of wealth is not a driving force in their personal or business lives.
That in order to assist any entity they must uphold, practice and aspire this one core characteristic and placed in their bylaws in order for our economy to start evolving to benefit and better humanity.
