Rules for guns including; proof of gun care and handling knowledge, insurance for each gun purchased by the licensed owner, licensed owners carrying guns in public will be required to display for the public the license at all times, yearly inspections, census of shots fired( why, were, when, and how many), transportation of fire arms, storage, usage, type of fire arm permitted, age requirements, mental and physical health standards, yearly inspections of all guns, recycling of old guns including safe disposal. These rules are meant protect the owners and all American citizens in case of misuse or theft of guns.
