Establish HARP 3.0; there are millions of homeowners who may lose their homes if a program is not established immediately to include those properties that were not backed by Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac.
Create the HARP 3.0 program so those homeowners whose property was backed by private investors etc., may take advantage of the same opportunity to save their home as those who were eligible for the HARP 2.0 program.
All United States citizens should be afforded the same opportunity and relief to save their homes.
