Establish harsher punishment for criminals convicted of child molestation and sexual assaults.

In all 50 states of the United States of America, the crime of Child Molestation in the First Degree should be made a Class A Felony.
The crime of Child Molestation in the Second Degree should be made a Class B Felony.
There should be no Misdemeanor crimes involving sexually assaulting, enticing, molesting, abusing, raping or sodomizing an underage child. These crimes should ALL be Felonies.
