The refugee crisis isn't going anywhere. More than 50% of the Syrian population has been displaced. We need the federal government to establish an Inclusive Living Initiative. As a pilot program volunteer U.S. families may foster a refugee family. Subsidies in the form of a take break (a yearly depreciation based on support given) would be allocated. Additionally, the federal government should open an office in each of the 50 biggest U.S. cities (NYC to New Orleans) to assess the needs for additional funding for organizations that are making an impact but are not large enough to pursue federal funding through other means.
