Establish an Independent Citizens' Consumer Review Board with power to investigate complaints and recommend changes.

This petition would establish an independent citizens' review board to identify, review and make recommendations for legislation to protect consumers from irrelevant, cumbersome and complicated processes utilized by the various consumer credit reporting agencies resulting in undue burdens on public consumer! Additionally, the review board would have the ability to review current banking and consumer credit services practices which may be considered to be a predatory and excessive and place undue and stressful consequences on the public consumer an yet provide unreasonable and excessive revenue streams to needed financial services institutions!! The Board would have the ability to work with Legislators and Regulators to establish laws and regulations to protect the citizen consumer!
