The purpose of this petition is not to confirm or deny the guilt of Brendan Dassey or Steven Avery, rather to identify what happened to Teresa Halbach. As with all the recent publicity surrounding the events 10 years ago, no depiction of evidence 'beyond a reasonable doubt' was evident in the criminal case against both individuals convicted of murdering Teresa. Our society, along with the family of Teresa Halbach foremost, are owed the fullest abilities of the judicial bodies involved to determine what happened to Teresa. No human remains have yet to be 100% confirmed as having belonged to Teresa, and no timeline of her movements the day of 31 October or thereafter. No bodily fluids of the victim were ever investigated or found within the property or homes.
