Establish a Job Applicants Bill of Rights

Created by J.F. on November 06, 2013

The Applicant Bill of Rights would force employers and recruiters to make available to the applicant the results of all pre-employment testing, and the methodology used by the company to evaluate the results. The companies must also publish annually all of the demographic data corresponding to the final actions taken. This will bring "sunlight" to the hiring process. Enabling the addressing of adverse outcomes from subjective pre-employment tests.
