Our Aunts and Uncles mean a lot to us. Among other things, they provide:
• Backup caretaker when parents are not available.
• Love to be fun eccentrics at family get-togethers and events.
• Someone we can talk to and relate to..... some things we just cannot or unable to talk about with "parental units". Aunts and Uncles provide a level of "intimacy" since they are good at listening.
• Aunts and Uncles provide good counsel and advice with humor.
• Aunts and Uncles like to take you to fun places and events.
• Their home is a great place to stay over night after too much celebrating
• Aunts and Uncles remember you at birthdays, Christmas and special events.
• Aunts and Uncles loves us unconditionally.
