We the People of the United States have watched Congress exempt themselves from laws, pass thousand page laws hours after getting to see them and admitting that "We have to pass the bill to find out what's in them." No more. We ask Congress and the Office of the President to enact a law preventing Congress from passing any law that:
1) Exempts Congress from any law they enact
2) Every voting member has not read completely and show an understanding of.
