establish a law or amendment protecting a women's right to choose and have fair access to health-care.

Created by J.P. on September 23, 2011

In 2011 the United States saw a record number of anti-abortion and anti-choice bills introduced around the country. Many exist under the guise of safety and informed consent, but based solely on a religious definition of life.

In no other facet of medical law is there such a stringent, death-grasp on a person's access to health-care, or services. These bills are an affront to Wade v. Roe, the 1st and 14th amendments, and to an extent the 4th and 8th (privacy and unusual punishment).

It is time to stop the assault on women and declare no law or policy (incl. Military Units) can be made limiting a person, regardless of gender, orientation, age, or nationality, to fair access of health care; or laws creating undue burdens to receive medical care (ex: Sonogram Bills, Mandatory Counseling).
