Establish legal review of jury members' decisions before submission to protect citizens from misunderstanding of the law

Created by T.P. on July 14, 2013

It is our right to alter/abolish any form of government that may become destructive to our Safety and Happiness

If the process of jury members' decisions being permanent may jeopardize the freedom of United States citizens, we can change it.

I propose a resolution to implement measures that may call for the alteration of the American criminal justice system in a manner which may require for legal professionals to analyze the explanations for the verdict decisions of members of a jury, so that legal professionals may be able to outline, rectify, and correct any errors in understanding that members of a jury may have, before submitting their decisions, in order to prevent wrong decisions from being made by jurors who may misunderstand and misinterpret legal policies and the facts of cases.
