Establish legislation that stops pay for inefficiency of government officials

If circumstances presents that government officials were inefficient in their basic duties or job descriptions than their pay should cease immediately until corrected. Government Officials should not have the capability of exempting themselves from furloughs. These officials are elected by the people for the people and paid by the people. We the people demand that those elected maintain the integrity of the office they hold and shall they fail to come to reasonable resolutions in a timely fashion then their pay shall be affected accordingly as it is a matter of reducing the deficit from fraud waste and abuse. This shall apply to all branches of government with no exemptions to position held.
